Gra Geal Mo Chroi -

Wonder "Just what the heck is he all about?" Or, "What is he thinking??" Well I can tell you, but you gotta let me know what you're thinking about what I'm thinking.Click on this link: http://lsirish.blogspot.com/ . It's my place (besides this one..) where I can be creative. It's also where I can post information to my parade committee and CFP committee. It's a place to vent, to just communicate. And you can communicate right back. I would really appreciate the comments. Truly.

Do you Twitter? I do. Unfortunately I was in a wierd mood and gave myself a stoooopid online name. I has nothing to do with me. Ok, it's McStud. I know, I know...

Hopefully it will take you where I want yo to go. Sign up as a friend. Its fun and there are a lot of things to see and do.

CFP - Children For Peace in Ireland Inc.

One very worthy cause that we are associated with is the Children For Peace in Ireland Inc. CFP Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization, whose purpose is to provde 16 teens from Northern Ireland with a 2-week period of peace and fun during the Fourth of July time frame.

We select, (with the help of Boys and Girls associations in Belfast, Derry and other areas of Northern Ireland), 16 teenagers, both Catholic and Protestant, and pair them with boys and girls of Kansas City area families. We take them to the Royals, to Worlds of Fun, show them the city sights and generally entertain them and provide them with opportunities to see that, no matter what their religion or politics are, they can get to know each other and possibly, hopefully, foster long-standing friendships, not only with the kids of Kansas City, but more importantly, of their own community. All this in hopes that one day, they may be able to reach across the table in peace and friendship to solve any differences that may continue to survive the test of time. For information on how you can help by donating your time or a gift of support, call Tom Quinn at (913) 221-2700 for more information. CFP is a great and worthy cause. I love a good cause!
